Hotel Mount Racey and the Ski Area is directly connected by an indoor bridge.
On a clear day, Sapporo City and Ishikari Bay can be viewed from the summit of Mount Racey.
Mount Racey has a total altitude of 702m, a maximum run distance of 3,500m and a course with a 45 Degree slope.
Though the ski area is compact, it boasts various courses from the 43 Degree sloped
Carving Road to the Winding Road that stretches for 3,200m.
From Beginners to Advanced level Skiiers, Mount Racey Ski Resort has a place for you to have fun.
There are also a terrain park and a pole course. After a day of skiing,
have a relaxing bath in Hotel Mount Racey's Natural Hot Spring: Racey no Yu.

  • Winding Road

    ■ Maximum Slope：18°
    ■ Course Distance：3,200m
    ■ Course Level：Beginner
    The ski resort´s longest course, specifically designed for beginners. Composed of several turns and slopes that presents its skiers a beautiful view of the outskirts of Sapporo.


  • SLALOM LINE (POLE COURSE)

    ■ Maximum Slope：28°
    ■ Course Distance：600m
    ■ Course Level：Intermediate

    A pole course recommended for training camps but can also be enjoyed by everyone.


  • THRILLING LINE

    ■ Maximum slope：28°
    ■ Course Distance：1,650m
    ■ Course Level：Advanced

    A course into the mountain composed of a series of sharp curves and steep slopes. Experience the magnificent powder snow that awaits you after every snowfall.


  • CARVING LINE

    ■ Maximum slope：43°
    ■ Course Distance：1,230m
    ■ Course Level：Expert

    This course is for advanced users and boasts as one of the steepest slopes in Hokkaido.
    The feeling of adrenaline while going down the hill is surreal. If you like powder snow, this is the course for you.

TERRAIN PARK

A ski & snowboarding freestyle park.



Improve your freestyle skills on the park′s kickers, table tops, walls, rails and poles.
Wearing a helmet is strictly recommended.
